2021-07-12 MA-ATR Release Notes

The Recovery Assessment Discharge includes a new question at the beginning of the survey to accommodate situations when the client interview could not occur.

This question can be answered with a Yes or a No.

If Yes is selected, the rest of the survey questions are displayed and can be filled out as usual.

If No is selected, the option is given to immediately complete the survey without filling out any of the questions.
