Participant Find

From the Home screen:

 1. Click Client, Find Client.

Tip: Not all fields are required to Find a Participant. You can find them by just a First Name only or ESM ID only as an example.

2. Click the ESM ID field and enter the Identification # for the Participant.

3. Click the Client ID field and enter the Access To Recovery Identification# for the participant.

4. Click the Last 4 SSN field and enter the last 4 digits of the SSN.

5. Click the First Name field and enter their name.

6. Click the Last Name field and enter their name.

7. Click the Date of Birth Field and enter DOB.

8. Click the Individual ID field and enter ID.

9. Click Find Client.

Open

10. Click the Client ID of the individual found on the list of possible matches. The Participant’s Dashboard is displayed.
