This system provides ATR coordination and related services for AHP, the Massachusetts ASO.
Access to Recovery (ATR) is a government‐funded program in Massachusetts that gives people in early recovery from SUDs and opioid use disorders (OUDs) wider access to a full range of community services that can help them be successful, including recovery coaching, basic need items (e.g., transportation, clothing, hygiene products, government identification (ID) cards needed for employment), job readiness, and employment training services.
