System Users/Functions
The ATR system has 5 primary system users:
Coordinators:
Responsible for participant registration, enrollment, surveys, referrals, check requests, and services.
CBI Providers:
Responsible for referrals, managing courses, participant attendance, course completion surveys, services, and billing.
Other Providers:
Responsible for referrals, services, and notes.
Checkwriters:
Responsible for managing checks to be written, checks to be delivered, and voiding checks as needed.
AHP Staff:
Program Oversight with access to all participants and their enrollment, referrals, surveys, services, and check requests. Invoice Approvals and Payments.
Tip: To request access for a new user at your facility, send an email request to support@fallingcolors.com. Please provide the Name of the Organization and Location, the person’s First and Last Name, their Email Address, and the permissions needed based on the list above.
