The ATR system has 5 primary system users:

Coordinators:

  • Responsible for participant registration, enrollment, surveys, referrals, check requests, and services.

CBI Providers:

  • Responsible for referrals, managing courses, participant attendance, course completion surveys, services, and billing.

Other Providers:

  • Responsible for referrals, services, and notes.

Checkwriters:

  • Responsible for managing checks to be written, checks to be delivered, and voiding checks as needed.

AHP Staff:

  • Program Oversight with access to all participants and their enrollment, referrals, surveys, services, and check requests. Invoice Approvals and Payments.
