Release Summary

The system now supports a new service configuration. When enabled for a specific service, creating a referral for that service will multiply the program fee amount by the number of units specified. For example, if the service cost per unit is $100, and the program fee is $10, then creating a referral for 3 units of the service will total $330: $300 for the service itself, and $30 for the multiplied program fee.
