Release Summary
The MA-ATR portal has been upgraded to include the following new enhancements:
The ATR Recovery Assessment has been expanded to include new questions
A new “Referral Activity” report has been added
More information has been added to the check request lists and service detail screens
The CBI module has been enhanced to better support the P2E workflow
Users now have the option to enable or disable email alerts
Release Detail
The ATR Recovery Goal Planning Assessment has been renamed to ATR Recovery Assessment and expanded to collect additional information including questions related to “History of SUD, MH and Trauma” and “Brief Assessment of Recovery Capital (BARC-10)”. This information will be used to better understand the needs of ATR participants and to devise plans to better meet those needs. These new domains will appear on the left navigation for all new Recovery Assessments:
A new “Referral Activity” report has been added. This option will now appear on the “Reports” tracker on the landing page. This report will give coordinators and providers better insight into the status of referrals. The report allows the user to select a date range, coordination location and/or provider. The report has several interactive features detailed below.
To provide more detailed information pertaining to checks the following enhancements have been made:
On the “Checks” list the service name has been added
On the services tab of the client dashboard the remit to, check# and check written on fields were added
The clients address and CBI provider are now included on the “Remit To” field for Work Study Benefit checks
The CBI module has been enhanced to better support the Paths to Empowerment workflow that pays work study benefits after conclusion of the class.
Users can now enable or disable email alerts based on their preference. To change your preference, select the “Manage Notifications” option from the User Profile drop down (located at the top right of the screen).
