2021-03-11 MA-ATR Release Notes

Release Summary

The MA-ATR application has updated to automatically close out referrals and participant enrollments, returning any leftover funds to the appropriate budgets, when certain conditions are met.

Release Detail

  • The system will disenroll a client from the ATR program when the following conditions are met:

    • The enrollment’s end date has been reached.

    • If there is still money left in the enrollment budget, the remaining dollars will be available until the system’s timely billing requirements have also moved past all referrals tied to that enrollment, and there are no outstanding check requests tied to that enrollment; when that happens, the remaining dollars will be rebated back into the grant budget.

  • The system will auto-terminate a referral when the following conditions are met:

    • The referral’s end date has been reached, or no money is left to bill for services against the referral budget.

    • If there is still money left on the lapsed referral, the remaining dollars will be available until the system’s timely billing requirements have also moved past the referral’s end date; when that happens, the remaining dollars will be returned to the enrollment budget (for services which count against the client cap) or grant budget (for referred services which do not count against the client cap).
