Release Detail

  1. For users with CBI Vendor permissions-When creating a session, a descriptive label can be applied to help users more quickly identify the desired session from the Course Sessions page.

The label can be edited after finding the session on the Course Sessions page, clicking on the Participants or Attendance links, then clicking on the pencil icon underneath the name of the session.

  2. Prior to this release, future attendance hours could be entered for a client in a CBI session; upon doing so, the system would display an error message. The CBI module has been enhanced to prevent users from selecting future dates from the calendar-picker (future dates will appear in light grey and will be unavailable for selection).

  3. When a check request is created for a client’s unbilled WSB hours, the system will now assign the Checkwriting Location to the client’s Coordination Location. Prior to this release, the Checkwriting Location was assigned to the location from which the corresponding CBI referral was initiated, which, on occasion, would create failures in the billing process.

  4. Coordinator users now have the option to enable or disable notifications based on declined referrals. This configuration can be set on the Manage Notifications page.

  5. An issue identified on the GPRA survey card has been resolved with this release. Prior to this release, there was no character limit when displaying the ‘Reason’ value on the survey card. This has been modified so that an ellipses is presented when the ‘Reason’ value reaches a certain character length (as is the case with the ‘Follow-Up Plus Discharge’ survey), preventing text from overlapping other columns on the card.

  6. For users with Checkwriter and Coordinator permissions-The Checks module will no longer support sorting options; all checks will be presented in (ascending) order of the Check Request date. The status filter is still available with this release. Additionally, the Checks module will filter the list of checks to those in To Be Written status by default.

  7. The system will now inform vendors of the the ‘Next Invoice’ date for a service and/or project. Additionally, the ‘Minimum Date Allowed’ will be displayed when vendors enter billable services.

For client-based services, the Next Invoice date is displayed in the Service Charge Breakdown modal window, accessible from the Client Dashboard: Services tab.

When adding a billable service, the service editor displays the ‘Minimum Date Allowed’ in the Date of Activity field. The date shown will match the corresponding project’s Billable Window Start Date; any attempts to create a service with a Date of Activity that precedes the date shown here will be rejected, and “The service date is outside of the timely filing restrictions” error message will be shown.
