For any issues please explain the issue you encountered and the steps completed before the issue occurred. If possible include screen shots - without client/patient information. This will help us to reproduce the issue and assist us to triage.

Please send a new email for each new issue. Please do not reply to a previous email conversation with our support team. This creates a new ticket. The support team is then better able to track tickets and analyze data about issues and inquiries. Thank you.
