Adding a New Fund Source to STAR

If a new Fund Source will be added to NMSTAR either via an Amendment or a Budgetary Letter of Direction, please complete the attached questionnaire and submit it to support@fallingcolors.com for review and implementation. Falling Colors Support will use this information to configure the Fund Source and/or Project in NMSTAR once the Amendment or BLOD is executed.

If a new Project needs to be added to NMSTAR per a new Scope of Work, please complete the attached questionnaire and submit it to support@fallingcolors.com for review and implementation. Falling Colors Support will use this information along with the SOW to configure the project in NMSTAR, as requested.
