Step 1

Click on your name at the bottom of the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

Step 2

Click on the relevant pencil edit icon to update your Email, Password, First Name, or Last Name affiliated with your account.

By clicking any of the edit icons, you will be redirected into the Falling Colors application to update the specific detail you would like to change (Email, Password, or Name).

Step 3

Change your Password

If you have selected Change Password, you will be redirected into the Falling Colors application to update your password.

Enter your current password in the “Old Password” field. Then, enter a new password that is at least 12 characters in length and contains a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.

When the new password meets the requirements, and you’ve properly confirmed the password by retyping it in the second field to confirm the new password, all the warning indicators will deactivate, and the Continue button will appear.

Change your Email

If you have selected Change Email, you will be redirected into the Falling Colors application and will be automatically requested to supply your new/updated email address.

Change your Name

If you have selected Change Name, you will be redirected into the Falling Colors application and will be automatically requested

Step 4

Click Continue and you will be taken back to the application. Going forward, you can now login with your new password.
