Once a Plan of Safe Care has been submitted to an MCO the MCO Manager can un-assign the Plan of Safe Care or reassign the Plan of Safe Care to another MCO.

Step 1

Locate the Plan of Safe Care on your Plans of Care list and click the Submit Icon.

Step 2

Select a new MCO or select the Blank line to un-assign the Plan of Safe Care, enter any additional comments, and click Submit.

Note: Comments should be used to communicate if specific Support Services referred were not actually called and the MCO Care Coordinator needs to make the call.
