Create a New Account

Step 1: Being Invited to the Portal

To log into the New Mexico Healthy Families Portal, an Admin will need to invite you.

If you are unsure who your administrator is, contact us at support@fallingcolors.com

Step 2: Accepting your Invite

Check your inbox for an email titled “Welcome to NM Healthy Families” and click the button that reads “Please click here to create an account.”

If you have not received an invite email, please ask your admin to grant you access to the system.

Step 3: Verifying your Email

You will be taken to an email verification page. On this page, you will need to supply the email address associated with your new account to receive a verification code.

Step 4: Code Verification

You will then receive a 6-digit code to verify your account. Supply the 6-digit code into the Verification code option, then select Verify code.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Once you have verified your account, click Continue.

 

Step 5: First and Last Name Details

You will then be prompted to supply your First and Last Name for your account information. Press continue to proceed.

 

(This information can be changed later, if needed).

Step 6: Creating your Password

Enter a new password that is at least 12 characters in length and contains a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, a number, and a special character.

When the new password meets the requirements, and you’ve properly confirmed the password by retyping it in the second field to confirm the new password, all the warning indicators will deactivate, and the Continue button will appear.

 

 

Step 7: Finalizing your account

Click Continue and you will be taken back to the application. You can now login with your new password.

 

 

Step 8

Once you have completed the registration process, you will be directed into the NM Healthy Families portal.
