Treat First

To add or remove a provider from the Treat First project:

The Treat First Program Manager is responsible for emailing support@fallingcolors.com when:

  • A provider needs to be onboarded to NMSTAR.

    • If the provider is a new provider, Falling Colors will follow the Vendor Registration process, and then configure the provider for the Treat First project.

    • If the provider is an existing provider, Falling Colors will configure the provider for the Treat First project.

  • An existing Treat First provider will no longer participate in the project.

    • Falling Colors will update all user permissions to Read-Only or remove user permissions based on the Program Manager’s direction.

Providers who have been certified and need to request for specific users to have access to Treat First should be encouraged to have their Vendor Administrators email support@fallingcolors.com

To request training for Treat First for users at a certified provider:

Send an email to support@fallingcolors.com. Training is conducted on a quarterly basis or when a significant number of requests has been received. The requestors will be added to the next available training and sent a link to register for the webinar. Attendance will be tracked. User access to NMSTAR Treat First cannot be grated to anyone who does not attend a training.
