Allocation Letters in STAR

Please reach out to FC Support (support@fallingcolors.com) to request a STAR Vendor or Provider’s STAR Allocation Letter. We will be glad to download it from the Vendor or Provider’s STAR Profile and attach it for you in response.

Please note, the Provider’s STAR Vendor Administrator has access to the Provider’s Allocation Letters in STAR and can download this from NMSTAR for the provider’s records and review too.
