  1. The User Management page has a new Invites tab that displays a list of all pending invitations and allows Administrators at that organization to resend expired invites, as well as delete invites. In the example below, the first listed invite is valid at the time of taking the screenshot, while the other three invites have expired.

·       Click on the circular icon indicated below to re-send an invitation that has expired. This will send a new invitation email to the listed address. If the user has already registered in another organization, this will simply add them to this organization too and remove the invite from the list. No email will be sent in this case.

·       Invitations can also be deleted by clicking on the trash can icon indicated below. Once an invite has been deleted, the invite is removed from the list and the associated invitation email cannot be used to register an account.

2. When downloading an Incident Report PDF, the name of the file is more descriptive. It will now include the date that the incident occurred, the incident’s ID, and whether or not the Survey or Report PDF is being downloaded.
