Notes

Notes about clients can be entered by Vendors. Only other users with permissions at that vendor location can view the notes. DDC can view the notes when they select the Vendor from their Welcome page.

From the Client’s Dashboard:

  1. Click the Note tab.

  2. Click Note and enter free text.

  3. Click the Date field (if applicable), and click date.

  4. Click Add Note.

Note: A note can be deleted only by the person who entered the note by clicking the trash can icon for the note.
