Children’s Medical Services/Children with Special Needs, New Mexico Department of Health
Children's Medical Services offers care coordination, access to Multidisciplinary Pediatric Specialty Clinics, and more. CMS also offers additional services for those who meet financial and medical eligibility guidelines. CMS is a supporter of the Medical Home Portal's partnership with New Mexico.

MotherToBaby
MotherToBaby, a service of the non-profit Organization of Teratology Information Specialists, is dedicated to providing evidence-based information to mothers, health care professionals, and the general public about medications and other exposures during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

NM Crisis Line
If you or a loved one is experiencing any kind of emotional crisis, mental health or substance use concern, you can find help 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by calling the New Mexico Crisis and Access Line or Peer to Peer Warmline.

UNM Center for Development and Disability Information Network
Offers a variety of resources and supports in person in Albuquerque and statewide online, remotely, and over the phone. UNM CDD is a supporter of the Medical Home Portal's partnership with New Mexico.
