New Mexico Healthy Families - Frequently Asked Questions

I don’t see the “Submit” button. What do I do from here?

Usually the answer is that you missed one or more questions. You can check at the top left of your Plan of Care to see if all of questions have been answered.

If everything is done, you’ll see a green checkmark next to Plan of Care at the top, like this:

If you have any missing questions, instead of a green check, you’ll see “questions answered / total questions.” The total number of questions may change a bit, depending on your specific Plan of Care (for example, how many Key Household Members are included). So you are not always going to be looking to answer the same amount of questions.

You can look at each section to see which one still has unanswered questions. Sections that are complete will also have the green check; sections with missing questions will show you how many questions have been filled out.

Here, for example, we have answered 15 of the 39 total questions. I completed the Infant Profile (which has a green check), but only answered 2 of the 20 questions in support services. Any question that doesn’t have a green check (for example, “Childcare”) or that has a red stop sign needs to be answered before the Plan of Care is complete.
