Release Details
An Incident Report’s unique identifier and Provider Location is now included as part of notifications. When a report is resubmitted to triage, notes pertaining to the resubmission are also included.
Prior to this release, originators and reviewers could no longer see a report they had created/reviewed as soon as the report was accepted by the LCA. Now, originators and reporters will be able to see the state of the report (investigating, awaiting corrective action, etc.) and download the PDF after it has been accepted.
Incident Report filters have been modified so that a user’s selections will be retained even after navigating away from the list and/or logging out of the application.
The Location filter found on the Incident Report list has been modified so that clearing the preceding ‘Organization' filter will also clear the user’s selection in the Location filter. Prior to this release, users would need to clear both selections in order to see the unfiltered list.
The ‘Involvement’ window found on the report when in an investigative state has been modified so that users can discard unwanted changes without losing changes to other areas of the report. Prior to this release, additions/edits to involved clients, staff and/or third parties could not be discarded unless all other changes to the report were also discarded.
