Use the CSS Dashboard
Start
Click the orange “Start a Call” button to select a random individual to call.
Step 1
Click the Today’s Callback tab to view calls rescheduled for today.
Take a look at the Status column to see what time has been requested for a callback. You’ll want to coordinate with your fellow surveyors to ensure timely callbacks.
Click “Start Call” to begin the callback. If the previous caller left notes, you’ll see a number next to the Notes tab.
Step 2
Click the Dropped Calls tab to see calls that were dropped while the caller was on the phone.
If you were on a call that dropped, there are a couple of ways to get back to it. Click the column headers to sort by Name or Last Response, or start typing the individual’s name in the search box to locate them.
Step 3
Click the Spanish Speaking tab to see calls that have been reassigned to Spanish-speaking callers. Click “Start Call” to begin the callback process.
Step 4
If you need to search for a specific individual, click the Find tab and enter your search criteria. Click “Start Call” to begin the call process.
Step 5
In the upper right corner of the screen, click your name to access the settings menu.
