Consumer Satisfaction - Manager/BHSD/MCO

Manage Accounts

From the Home screen:

  1. Click the Manage Accounts tab.

  2. CSS users are displayed

To Add a New Account

  1. Click Add a New Account.

  2. New User form is displayed.

     

  3. Enter a Title (optional).

  4. Enter a First Name.

  5. Enter a Last Name.

  6. Enter a Middle Name (optional).

  7. Enter a Phone number (optional).

  8. Enter an Email Account.

  9. Profile option will be pre-selected.  No other options are available.

  10. Select a Training Date.

  11. Select a Group.

  12. Check Speak Spanish option if the CSS User speaks Spanish.

  13. Enter a Password.

  14. Re-Type Password.

  15. Click Save.

You will need to send the newly-created user his/her credentials.  After successfully logging in for the first time, the system will prompt the user to change his/her password.

 To Edit an Account:

  1. Click Edit next to the desired account.

  2. Edit the desired field(s).

  3. Click Save.

You will need to notify the user of any changes made to his/her account.


Reports

From the Home screen:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Reports screen is displayed.

 

Activity Report:

  1. Click Age Group drop-down and click All, Adult, or Caregiver.

  2. Click Get By drop-down and click Entity or Surveyor.

  3. Click Get Report.

  4. The report is displayed.

Tip: You can rerun the report with new criteria by clicking the drop-downs to make your selections and then clicking Run Report.

Call Time Report:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click Age Group drop-down and click All, Adult, or Caregiver.

  3. Click Get Report.

  4. The report is displayed.

Doman Scores, Demographic Report, and URS Tables:

  1. Click Reports.

  2. Click drop-downs and make selections for the report.

  3. Click Get Report.

Export Survey

From the Home screen:

  1. Click Exports.

  2. The export screen is displayed.

Export Call Activity Detail:

  1.  Click Age Group drop-down and click All, Adult, or Caregiver.

  2. Click Export.

  3. The system displays a download window.

  4. Click Open or Save.

Export Adult or Family Surveys

  1. Click Export.

  2. The system displays a download window.

  3. Click Open or Save.
