Manage Accounts
From the Home screen:
Click the Manage Accounts tab.
CSS users are displayed
To Add a New Account
Click Add a New Account.
New User form is displayed.

Enter a Title (optional).
Enter a First Name.
Enter a Last Name.
Enter a Middle Name (optional).
Enter a Phone number (optional).
Enter an Email Account.
Profile option will be pre-selected. No other options are available.
Select a Training Date.
Select a Group.
Check Speak Spanish option if the CSS User speaks Spanish.
Enter a Password.
Re-Type Password.
Click Save.
You will need to send the newly-created user his/her credentials. After successfully logging in for the first time, the system will prompt the user to change his/her password.
 To Edit an Account:
Click Edit next to the desired account.
Edit the desired field(s).
Click Save.
You will need to notify the user of any changes made to his/her account.
Reports
From the Home screen:
Click Reports.
Reports screen is displayed.

Activity Report:
Click Age Group drop-down and click All, Adult, or Caregiver.
Click Get By drop-down and click Entity or Surveyor.
Click Get Report.
The report is displayed.
Tip: You can rerun the report with new criteria by clicking the drop-downs to make your selections and then clicking Run Report.
Call Time Report:
Click Reports.
Click Age Group drop-down and click All, Adult, or Caregiver.
Click Get Report.
The report is displayed.
Tip: You can rerun the report with new criteria by clicking the drop-down to make your selection and then clicking Run Report.
Doman Scores, Demographic Report, and URS Tables:
Click Reports.
Click drop-downs and make selections for the report.
Click Get Report.
Export Survey
From the Home screen:
Click Exports.
The export screen is displayed.
Export Call Activity Detail:
 Click Age Group drop-down and click All, Adult, or Caregiver.
Click Export.
The system displays a download window.
Click Open or Save.
Export Adult or Family Surveys
Click Export.
The system displays a download window.
Click Open or Save.
