The Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) is a file transfer application owned and managed by Falling Colors. It intends to allow users to share information in a secure application, should the information contain PHI or other secure information. Fulfilled data requests that contain protected information will be relayed through SFTP.

How do I obtain access to the SFTP?

Access to the SFTP is granted on a needs basis. If you:

  • Are a Lead Agency Manager overseeing the processing of Scopes of Work.

  • Are responsible for reviewing and filing provider audits.

  • Need to obtain a fulfilled data request from Falling Colors.

If a need for access has been determined, the Falling Colors Support Team will configure your account and send you an invitation to log in.

Please note, that the SFTP is not designed to accommodate large provider access and should be used for data retrieval or ASO-related processes.

How do I log in to my SFTP account?
