The Access To Recovery Tracking tile and icons will be displayed on the Home screen.

Coordinators will see all the below Icons. Vendors will not see the Clients Pending Assessments and Active Clients Icons.

Corrections Required

  1.  Click View underneath the Corrections Required icon. Any Invoices that have been flagged as Corrections Required by the Lead Agency or Payor are displayed for you to make corrections on.

 Pending Invoices

  1.  Click View under Invoice History. The invoices screen will display, defaulted to the current fiscal year listing pending approval and/or payment invoices.

  2. Enter filter criteria.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Invoices meeting the entered criteria are displayed.

Invoice History

  1. Click View under Invoice History. The invoices screen will display, defaulted to the current fiscal year listing processed invoices.

  2. Enter filter criteria.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Invoices meeting the entered criteria are displayed.

Clients Pending Assessments

  1. Click View under Clients Pending Assessment. A list of Participants that have been enrolled in the project but do not yet have a completed GPRA are displayed.

  2. Click a Participant ID to access the Participant’s Dashboard.

Active Clients

  1. Click View under Active Clients. A list of Participants that have been enrolled in the project are displayed.

  2. Click a Participant ID to access the Participant’s Dashboard.

30 Day Check-In

  1. Click View under 30 Day Check-In. A list of Participants with active enrollments who have not had a note tagged as “Progress Note/check-in”, “Sober Home”, or “Miscellaneous” in the past 30 days are displayed. The tracker can be filtered by Coordination Location (multiselect) and by Coordinator (multiselect). It includes the following information: Client ID, Client Name, client phone & email, Coordinator name & location, intake date, disenrollment date, and date/creator/type of last check-in note. The columns can also be sorted ascending or descending by clicking on the column header.

  2. Click a Participant ID to access the Participant’s Dashboard.

Referrals

  1. Click View underneath the icon. A list of clients active in the project that do not yet have an accepted or declined referral is displayed.

From all of the displayed lists of Clients, you can click on a Participant ID to be taken to their Participant’s Dashboard.

Reports

  1.  Click Run Report drop-down and click report.

  2. Click Date From calendar and click date.

  3. Click Date To calendar and click date.

  4. Click any other search criteria fields and click entry.

  5. Click Run Report.

  6. Report details are displayed.

  7. Click the arrow icon to navigate to additional pages of the report.

  8. Click the save icon to print/save the report in excel, word, or pdf.

 Tip: To change the search criteria re-click the dates and re-click run report.

Tip: Please refer to the Report page for specific details on the reports that can be run.
