  1. Click the Course catalog tracker.

  2. Click Sessions for the course. All sessions are displayed.

  3. Click the Participants button. All participants are displayed.

  4. Click the Set Status button for the appropriate participant.

  5. Click the disenroll date from the calendar.

  6. Click Incomplete.

  7. Select a reason for incompletion. If you select other, you will need to specify a reason.

  8. Click Confirm. The participant is now disenrolled from the course and the Set Status button is changed to Incomplete with the date displayed.

  9. Click the Fill Out Survey button. The completion survey for the participant is displayed. (If the participant is disenrolled/dropped (prior to reaching the probation period) you do not need to fill out the survey if the participant is marked as incomplete (after the probation period) you will need to fill out the survey)

  10. Click answers and enter free text in the sections of the survey.

  11. Click Save and Exit to save a survey in process or Click Complete Survey to save a completed survey.

Tips:

  • As you fill out the survey, you can move sequentially through questions with the Previous & Next buttons or jump between questions using the navigation bar on the left.

  • Notice the checkmarks indicating completed questions, and the counters indicating how much of each section and the entire document you’ve completed.

  • As you add information to the survey, your changes will automatically be saved. You can see whether all changes have been saved by looking at the bottom right of the current question.

  • You can collapse or expand sections to quickly navigate through the survey.

  • Warning indicators, looking like Stop signs will appear if your answers to any questions are incomplete or incorrectly formatted.

  • These indicators will appear beside the question, and at the top of any section containing questions needing attention.

To Complete a Participant in a Course-Career Services Provider

  1. Click the Course Catalog tracker.

  2. Click Sessions for the course. All sessions are displayed.

  3. Click the Participants button. All participants are displayed.

  4. Click the Set Status button for the appropriate participant.

  5. Click the completion date from the calendar.

  6. Click Complete.

  7. Click Confirm. The participant has now completed the course and the Set Status button is changed to Complete with the date displayed.Click the Fill Out Survey button. The completion survey for the participant is displayed.

  8. Click answers and enter free text in the sections of the survey.
