Reset Your Password - Login Screen (BHSDSTAR)

 

Step 1

Click the “Did you forget your password?” link on the STAR login page.

Step 2

Enter your email address, then click submit.

Step 3

Check your email and click the reset password link.

Step 4

Enter a new password, making sure it complies with the following password requirements:

• At least 8 characters

• Includes at least 1 number

• Includes at least 1 lower case letter

• Includes at least 1 upper case letter

• Includes at least 1 special character

Step 5

Retype the password to confirm, then click Update. If the passwords match, you will be taken to your home screen.
