Use the Treat First Dashboard
Elements
When you log into BHSDStar, in the program list on the left, click “Treat First” to access the Treat First dashboard. From here, you can take action to update client attendance records, see which clients have had no visits, and run reports.
Data Uploads
If you submit files from an external EHR system into BHSDStar, click here to manually upload a file. Most providers can ignore this button.
Attendance Update
If you see a number next to Individuals Requiring Attendance Update, there are clients who had scheduled appointments that were never completed. Click here to view a list of these clients and their appointment dates. From here, you can either:
Click a client ID to log a new visit or update client information, or
Use the Status Update menu to log no-shows, cancellations, or reschedules.
No Visits
If you see a number next to Individuals with No Visits, there are clients active in the Treat First program with no visits logged. Click here to view the list, then click on a Client ID to update that client’s records.
Run Report
Click “Run Report” to generate customizable reports based on your Treat First data.
Current options include:
Survey averages over time, for adults or youth
Client follow-up statistics
Statistics by provider
