Documentation of Contract

The documentation that shall be obtained by the Agency includes Scope of Work (SOW), Budget Table, and Program Manager Worksheet. SOWs and budget tables shall be reviewed by the submitter’s leadership team including their financial team before submission to the ASO. The ASO is solely responsible for the incorporation of SOW into the approved contract template between the Agency and vendor. The ASO shall only operate as a Contract Administrator and shall not be held responsible for enforcing requirements, each requirement shall be administered by the submitting Agency. 

Authority and Approval

Authority and approval for SOW, budget, and agreement modifications from each Member Agency shall be identified internally with final approval and signature from the Agency. The Agency recommends each Member Agency consider responsibility roles through division leadership, finance, procurement, and legal counsel. The Agency shall be the sole authority to submit finalized modifications except for SOWs to the ASO.
