Please send your question or issue to us via email. Please remember that it is a HIPAA Violation to send client names through email, please use the system assigned ID for the client.

If your question is about a client and you do not know the individual's ID number, click Client, Find Client, enter their name or part of their name, and click search. Use the ID number when communicating a question about a participant.

For any issues please explain the issue you encountered and the steps completed before the issue occurred. If possible include screenshots. This will help us to reproduce the issue and assist us to triage.

This will create a help desk ticket and you will receive a response within 24 hours.

Please send a new email for each new issue. Please do not reply to a previous email conversation with our support team. This creates a new ticket. The support team is then better able to track tickets and analyze data about issues and inquiries. Thank you.
