Users can view and manage Messages generated by the system. Messages can be viewed in the application, or delivered via email or SMS based on User Notifications settings.
The system will display a notification of new messages when a user logs in.
Click the Messages link on the left hand navigation.
3 tabs are available for managing messages: Inbox, Starred, and Archived.
Messages can be moved for each tab to another tab: Inbox to Starred or Archived, Starred to Inbox or Archived, Archived to Starred or Inbox.
Click the Envelope icon to indicate that a message has been read. After clicking, the icon will be updated from a grey to a turquoise color.

Click the Star icon to move a message to the Starred tab. After clicking, the icon will be updated from a grey to a turquoise color.

Click the Box icon to move a message to the Archived tab. After clicking, the icon will be updated from a grey to a turquoise color.

Once you click a Starred or Archive Icon, the system will move the message to the appropriate tab.
Click the All or just Unread messages on the Inbox or Starred tab to view the associated notifications.
