After successfully logging in, the Star Welcome Screen will be presented to users who have access to more than one area of the application. For BHSD users, the two significant areas of the application are the Invoice Dashboard and Provider Overview pages.
Users without multi-area permissions will be taken directly to the area they do have access to upon successful login.
Invoices (BHSD) (link)
The 'Invoices (BHSD)' link will take users to the Invoice Dashboard, where they can view/take action on invoices across the programs/projects to which they have access. Reports are also made available from this page.
Provider (BHSD) (link)
The ‘Provider (BHSD)’ link will take users to the corresponding Provider Overview page, where they can view activity and data specific to that provider.
Typically, BHSD users will be given ‘read-only’ permissions to Provider Overview pages, preventing them from performing tasks generally reserved for providers (e.g., registering clients, adding billable services, etc.).
