Welcome Screen

The Welcome Screen serves as the point of access for Provider Overview and Invoice Dashboard pages.

Users with limited permission sets will not see the Welcome Screen; instead, they will land on the page to which they do have access, immediately after a successful login.

Invoices (Lead Agency) (link)

The 'Invoices (Lead Agency)' link will take users to the Invoice Dashboard, where they can view/take action on invoices across the programs/projects to which they have access. Reports are also made available from this page.

Provider (Lead Agency) (link)

The ‘Provider (Lead Agency)’ link will take users to the corresponding Provider Overview page, where they can view activity and data specific to that provider.

Typically, Lead Agency users will be given ‘read-only’ permissions to Provider Overview pages, preventing them from performing tasks generally reserved for providers (e.g., registering clients, adding billable services, etc.).
