The Welcome Screen serves as the point of access for Provider Overview and Invoice Dashboard pages.
Users with limited permission sets will not see the the Welcome Screen; instead, they will land on the page to which they do have access, immediately after a successful log inlogin.
Lead Agency)' link will take users to the Invoice Dashboard, where they can view/take action on invoices across the programs/projects to which they have access. Reports are also made available from this page.
