Falling Colors will bill each agency 25% at the beginning of a Fiscal Year for State General Funds and then subsequent bills will be for 1/9. Federal Funds, Other State Funds, and Special Appropriations will be billed to the member agencies on a cost reimbursement basis.

Member Agencies should pay ASO Invoices in a timely manner to avoid past-due interest charges.
