Falling Colors will bill each agency 25% at the beginning of a Fiscal Year for State General Funds and then subsequent bills will be for 1/9. Federal Funds will be billed to the member agencies on a cost reimbursement basis.
What about Other State Funds and Special Appropriations?
Falling Colors will charge member agencies past-due interest charges for unpaid ASO invoices after X.
