Verify the written amount and numerical amount match
Amounts must equal the amounts of the recoupment services
Identify what the check is for Example – BHSD Recoupment, or any information to identify what check is for.
A separate check is required for each agency, please indicate CYFD or BHSD.
Ensure check is signed
Ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the check amount
A $25 fee will be billed if the check is insufficient
