Release Detail

  1. Coordinators can now see surveys completed at different coordination locations. This enhancement will improve the transparency of the system and allow for a smoother transfer of clients from one location to another.

  2. A new tracker, “Clients Pending Assessments” is now available. This tracker will alert coordinators when an assessment, or survey, is due for a client. A couple examples include:

    1. Clients enrolled in ATR without a completed GPRA Intake or Recovery Goal Plan

    2. Clients with a GPRA follow-up due
This new tracker can be found on the “landing page”:

  3. The Referrals tracker now allows for the selection of “Active” referrals. This will allow coordinators and providers to see referrals that have been accepted that do not have a billable service or still have a remaining balance.
To see active referrals, select the Referrals tracker and then change the Status from Pending to Active:

  4. This release also includes some enhancements to the CBI data collection including:

    1. CBI tuition service can now be billed after the session is over

    2. Attendance hours can now be entered for the last day of a session

  5. The check request form now only requires a single “Check Request Date”. This modification will eliminate some confusion surrounding the previous date range input.
