Please send your question or issue to us via email. Please remember that it is a HIPAA Violation to send client/patient names through email, please use the system assigned Plan of Care ID for the client/patient.
For any issues please explain the issue you encountered and the steps completed before the issue occurred. If possible include screen shots without client/patient information. This will help us to re-produce the issue and assist us to triage.
