The Home screen will display different icons based on the project and user’s permissions.
Overview Tracking:
Corrections Required
Click View underneath the Corrections Required icon. Any Invoices that have been flagged as Corrections Required by the Lead Agency or Payor are displayed.
Pending Invoices
Click View under Invoice History. The invoices screen will display, defaulted to the current fiscal year listing pending approval and/or payment invoices.
Enter filter criteria.
Click Search.
Invoices meeting the entered criteria are displayed.
Invoice History
Click View under Invoice History. The invoices screen will display, defaulted to the current fiscal year listing processed invoices.
Enter filter criteria.
Click Search.
Invoices meeting the entered criteria are displayed.
Reports
Click Run Report drop-down and click report.
Click Date From calendar and click date.
Click Date To calendar and click date.
Click any other search criteria fields and click entry.
Click Run Report.
Report details are displayed.
Click the arrow icon to navigate to additional pages of the report.
Click the save icon to print/save the report in excel, word, or pdf.
Tip: To change the search criteria re-click the dates and re-click run report.
Claim History
Click View under Claim History. The list of submitted claims is displayed.
Project Tracking:
Unassigned Clients
Click View under Unassigned Clients. A list of Clients that have been activated in the project, but are not yet assigned to a PS or CBHC staff member is displayed.
Click a Client ID to access the Client's Dashboard.
Clients Pending Assessments
Click View under Clients Pending Assessment. A list of Clients that have been enrolled in the project and do not yet have a completed required assessment/survey is displayed.
Click a Client ID to access the Client’s Dashboard.
Clients Active in Projects
Click View under Clients Active in Projects. A list of Clients that have been activated in the project is displayed.
Click a Client ID to access the Client's Dashboard.
Client Tracking:
Active Clients
Click View under Active Clients. A list of Clients that have been enrolled in the project, and have a Mandated Data Initial Registration or Check-In record completed is displayed.
Click a Client ID to access the Client’s Dashboard.
Deactivated Clients
Click View under Active Clients. A list of Clients that have had a Mandated Data Deactivation record completed is displayed.
Click a Client ID to access the Client’s Dashboard.
Check-In Required
Click View under Check-In Required. A list of Clients with a Mandated Data Check-In date past or approaching is displayed.
Click a Client ID to access the Client’s Dashboard.
