DDC Coordinators have the ability to assign investigations for DDC clients and vendors.

To give an auditor access to only 1 client record:
Locate the client records and create a referral for the auditor.
Share documents on the client’s documents tab with the auditor.
Remember to Terminate the Referral when the client investigation is completed.
To give an auditor access to all clients records at a vendor/provider:
Email support@fallingcolors.com stating-Please give Vendor Read-Only access for (Vendor Name of the Vendor being investigated) to this user (Auditor person’s name and email address).
Remember to email support to remove this access when the vendor investigation is completed.
To give an auditor access to a vendor/provider staff and associated documents:
Email support@fallingcolors.com stating-Please give Vendor Administration access for (Vendor Name of the Vendor being investigated) to this user (Auditor person’s name and email address).
Remember to email support to remove this access when the vendor investigation is completed.
