Tour: Messages

Users can view and manage messages generated by the system. Messages can be viewed in the application, or delivered via email or SMS based on User Notifications settings.

The system will display a notification of new messages when a user logs in and all messages can be viewed by clicking on the Messages link on the left-hand navigation.

3 tabs are available for managing messages: Inbox, Starred, and Archived.

Messages can be moved from one tab to another tab by clicking on the appropriate icons. A message marked as both Starred and Archived will only be displayed in the Archived tab.

Users can also view All or just Unread messages on the Inbox and Starred tabs.
