Release Summary:

  1. New users will no longer be required to confirm their email address.

  2. The Incidents list header will now remain visible even while scrolling down through the list of Incident Reports.

  3. A note has been added to each page of a survey to indicate that any field with a * next to it denotes a required field.

  4. The “Complete” button’s visual behavior has been improved for clarity. The “Complete” button will be displayed at all times but is only available to be clicked when all required fields in the assessment have been filled in.

Release Detail:

  1. When a new user is invited to the Incident Reporting system and registers an account, they will no longer be required to confirm their email address, as this step is now included in the initial registration.

  2. The Incidents list header will now remain visible even while scrolling down through the list of Incident Reports. This allows for certain data including filters to remain visible at all times.

  3. A note has been added to each page of a survey to indicate that any field with a * next to it denotes a required field.

  4. The “Complete” button will be displayed at all times but is only available to be clicked when all required fields in the survey have been filled in.

Once the survey has been completely filled out, click Complete to finish the survey and proceed to the selection of where to submit the report to.
