  1. Verify that the date on the check is current.

    1. Falling Colors Corporation will not accept checks with invalid dates or future-dated checks.

  2. Pay to the order of: Falling Colors Corporation

    1. Falling Colors Corporation will not accept checks with incorrect information.

  3. Verify the written amount and numerical amount match.

    1. Amounts must equal the amounts of the recoupment services

  4. Identify what the check is for (example – BHSD Recoupment), or any information to identify what the check is for.

    1. A separate check is required for each agency, please indicate BHSD, CYFD, ECECD, DDC, DOH, etc.

  5. Ensure the check is signed.

  6. Ensure there are sufficient funds to cover the check amount.

    1. A $25 fee will be billed if the check is insufficient.

  7. Mail all checks to:
