Understanding the Allocation Adjustment Report:
Funds moved from Unallocated
If funds are being moved from Unallocated to a Provider (for initial allocations, or additional allocations from the overall fund source budget) they will appear as Black Text to the designated Provider, Project, Fund Source, and Amount.
Funds moved between Providers
Allocation adjustments between two providers will display as two distinct changes within one adjustment record.
This will display:
Adjustment Date: The Date the allocation adjustment was processed.
Adjustment Reason: The affiliated note associated with the request (Falling Colors Support Ticket, BLOD #, etc.)
Provider: The From or To site the allocation is being moved From or To.
Site: The Provider Site the allocation is being moved From or To.
Program: The overall Program the allocation is being moved From or To.
Project: The distinct project the allocation is being moved From or To.
Fund: The distinct fund source(s) the allocation is being moved From or To.
Debit/To Amount: The amount being allocated to the Provider.
Credit/From Amount: The amount being deallocated from the Provider.
Funds allocated appear as Black Line Items (positive adjustment).
Funds deallocated appear as Red Line Items (negative adjustment).
Every adjustment between providers results in one positive and one negative line item.
