Treat First
The Treat First Program Manager is responsible for emailing support@fallingcolors.com when:
A provider needs to be onboarded to NMSTAR.
If the provider is a new provider, Falling Colors will follow the Vendor Registration process and then configure the provider for the Treat First project.
If the provider is an existing provider, Falling Colors will configure the provider for the Treat First project.
An existing Treat First provider will no longer participate in the project.
Falling Colors will update all user permissions to Read-Only or remove user permissions based on the Program Manager’s direction.
For users requesting training-Falling Colors will respond to support tickets with a canned message containing a link to the latest video training and a link to the Treat First Help Pages.
Providers who need to request for specific users to have access to Treat First should be encouraged to have their Vendor Administrators email support@fallingcolors.com
