An annual program report and financial report is a Member Agency requirement for all providers. Member Agencies are responsible for tracking that their providers have submitted yearly audits. The type of financial report is dependent on the amount of the fiscal year allocation. The most recent financial audit or report must be submitted by the provider no later than 30 days after the close of the state’s fiscal year to support@fallingcolors.com. Falling Colors will then place the documentation in the Agency SFTP folder for the fiscal year.
