Please send your question or issue to us via email. Please remember that it is a HIPAA Violation to send participant names through email, please use the system assigned ID for the participant.
If your question is about a participant and you do not know the individual's ID number, click Client, Find Client, enter their name or part of their name, and click search. Use the ID number when communicating a question about a participant.
For any issues please explain the issue you encountered and the steps completed before the issue occurred. If possible include screenshots. This will help us to reproduce the issue and assist us to triage.
