  1. Click View under Invoice History. The invoices screen will display, defaulted to the current fiscal year listing processed invoices.

  2. Enter filter criteria.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Invoices meeting the entered criteria are displayed.

Active ClientsClients Active in Projects-DDC staff only

  1. Click View under Clients Active Clientsin Projects. A list of Clients that have been activated in the project is displayed.

  2. Click a Client ID to access the Client's Dashboard.

  1. Click View underneath the icon. A list of clients active in the project that do not yet have an accepted or declined have a Pending or Accepted referral is displayed.

From all of the displayed lists of Clients, you can click on a Client ID to be taken to their Client’s Dashboard.

Reports

  1.  Click the Run Report drop-down and click report.

  2. Click Date From calendar and click date.

  3. Click Date To calendar and click date.

  4. Click any other search criteria fields and click entry.

  5. Click Run Report.

  6. Report details are displayed.

  7. Click the arrow icon to navigate to additional pages of the report.

  8. Click the save icon to print/save the report in excel, word, or pdf.
