The DDC application has 3 primary system users:

DDC Coordinators:A coordinator will:

  • Register clients

  • Create cases

  • Update case data and close cases as appropriate

  • Create referrals to service providers

  • Close Terminate referrals to service providers

  • Have access to all client level data

  • Upload documents

  • Share documents with appropriate providers

  • Have oversight of all vendor activitiesApprove, Deny, or Mark for Corrections invoices submitted for billing from providers

Vendors-Treatment Guardians:

  • Register clients

  • Accept and Decline referralsAdd services

  • Add client notes

  • View case documents that have been shared with them by a coordinator

  • Upload case documents and replace or remove documents they’ve uploaded

  • Add services

Referral-Only VendorProfessional Guardians, Court Visitors, and Attorneys:

  • Accept , Close, and Decline referrals

  • View case documents that have been shared with them by a coordinator

  • Upload case documents and replace or remove documents they’ve uploaded

  • Add client notes

  • Add services for an active referral

Note: A referral -only provider cannot register clients or bill for services not associated to a case referral.
