Program Managers and Vendors can Find Clients and view their Client Dashboard.

Client Profile

After a client has been registered you can view the Profile, Contacts, and Address & Phone information.

From the Client’s Dashboard:

Click Profile, Contacts, or Address & Phone tab.

Client Mandated Data

For some projects, Mandated Data is collected. To view the information, click the Mandated Data tab heading. Mandated Data is requried to be updated (Client Check-In) every 210 days as a client is receiving services from a provider. The most recent record is displayed on the top of the list. To view the entries for that record, click the Title link.

Client Notes

Notes about a client can be entered by vendors.

From the Client’s Dashboard:

Click the Note tab.

Client Services

Services the client has received are viewable.

From the Client’s Dashboard:

Click the Services tab.

Client Surveys/Assessments

Surveys and Assessments that have been completed for a client are viewable.

From the Client’s Dashboard:

Click the Survey tab.

Click the … for a survey to download a pdf.
